PHYSICAL HEALTH EDUCATION (PHE)

Heath & Physical Education forms an integral part of Education. Every day during Assembly students do exercises in the form of Yoga, Mass PT, Jogging etc. Here the students get ample opportunities to excel in any of their chosen fields as we provide a variety of games throughout the academic year. All main games are played by the students and Inter House and Inter School Competitions are held

The school has a very big Playground where they play Cricket and Football. We have a Kho –Kho ground, Basketball and Volleyball courts. Students and parents eagerly wait for the Sports Day which is conducted every Year with more than 25 events. All the students of the school participate in any three events compulsorily and 1 group event. There are Races, Throws & Jumps. Students are encouraged to stay fit by participating in all these activities.

Health Check up is done for the students once in a year. A health Card is maintained by the school with all the parameters properly filled by testing the abilities of the students. Health education is provided with the help of experts whenever possible. Students are vaccinated regularly and a record is maintained by the school.
